OUR PLANTS

Having already invested more than RM100 million in its current facilities, Smart Glove Group is paving the way for further expansion to develop its latest product range. Smart Glove is the Pioneer who developed “Supersoft” Nitrile Gloves and is also one of the biggest Nitrile Glove manufacturers in Asia - setting its sights on becoming a global player in the Nitrile Glove Industry. The plants are equipped with high technology machine and R&D facilities.

Plant 1 : Klang, Malaysia

Total capacity of 150 million pieces per month.

Plant 2 : Medan, Indonesia

It is located in a strategic location which is 12 km from the City of Medan. Medan is the third largest city in Indonesia and is 25 km from the Port of Belawan, Indonesia. Our factory is located in a tight security, high profile with good infrastructure industrial area - "Kawasan Industrian Medan Star" or well known as KIM Star. It was built on a land with 123 m (width) x 188m (length), with 800 employees.

A total of 7 production lines which able to produce 70 million of gloves per month with expandable capacity of another 70 million pieces per month.

Plant 3 : Klang, Malaysia

Total capacity of 85 million pieces per month.

Plant 4 : Klang, Malaysia

Total capacity of 100 million pieces per month. Smart Glove Group able to produce 405 million pieces per month.
