Smart Glove Malaysia

Having already invested more than RM40 million in its current facilities, Smart Glove is paving the way for further expansion to develop its latest product range. Powered by a total of 10 production lines of minimum 100 metres each and 4 production lines of 60 metres each, Smart Glove is targeting to increase its capacity from the current monthly capacity of 70 million pieces of gloves to 90 million pieces of gloves. Smart Glove is the biggest Nitrile Glove manufacturer in Asia and setting its sights on becoming a global player in the Nitrile Glove Industry.

PT Smart Glove Indonesia

PT Smart Glove is located in a strategic location which is 12 km from the City of Medan. Medan is the third largest city in Indonesia and is 25 km from the Port of Belawan, Indonesia. Our factory is located in a tight security, high profile with good infrastructure industrial area - "Kawasan Industrian Medan Star" or well known as KIM Star. It was built on a land with 123 m (width) x 188m (length), with 800 employees comprising 30% qualified professionals and engineers.

A total of 7 production lines which able to produce 90 million of gloves per month. PT Smart Glove able to produce "Online Chlorination PF", "Online Polymer Coated PF", "Powdered" glove.

With the spacious area, we could further expand to accommodate additional 8 production lines which could produce up to 160 million gloves per month. By end of year 2006, PT Smart Glove is expected to produce 250 million gloves per month or 3 billion gloves per year.
